Construction Zone
Our neighborhood Fred Meyer has started with phase one of what is going to be a major renovation. The past few times that we've been there Garrett has been fascinated by the equipment and activity. The construction guys have totally dismantled what was the outdoor garden area. Today they removed the last light pole from within the fenced area.
With all the heavy equipment and orange vested people working, this might be a good outing each day for the little guy. Can't help but wonder if one day he will be donning a hard hat and driving one of these lifts or back hoes or dump trucks.
Congratulations Justin!
I hijacked these photos from my niece Tiffany and nephew Brad. They were attending their brother Justin's graduation from the Washington State Law Enforcement Academy.
Justin has always been such a compassionate and steadfast young man. We couldn't be happier for him in following and achieving his dreams.
Justin, his daughter Abigail and brother Brad.
So proud of both of these guys!

Wow, congrats Justin!
I love letting kids watch construction (from a safe distance and all that, of course) those big machines are cool!
