Morning comes early with these kiddos
I am used to getting up for a highschooler and forget that preschoolers are early risers.
It was okay though. They had a bit of a first breakfast and we got ready to go to the hospital to see their folks and to meet their baby brother.
Sis was ready to go after I braided her hair.
We had to look at the map of course
When we arrived we went straight to the cafe and picked up some more food for the kids to eat once we got up to the room.
Mom and Dad made sure that these guys had time to get hugs and snuggles first before they got to share mom's lap with Quinn. They enjoyed their cafe food and then were surprised to find out that their brother had bought them each a present.
Anabelle got toys to play with in the bathtub and Henry got an addition to his Lego collection. He and his dad made short work of building this set. We didn't visit for very long. I promised to let the pick out something for lunch at Fred Meyer on our way back to the house.
Freddie's is always a favorite. I appreciated the familiarity of their layout and products. We bought a little surprise for their mom and some lunch for them and headed home.
It was beautiful and almost balmy
The temps were in the fifties so the snow was all melted away by the time we got back to the house. It was sunny and warm and lovely.
Quinn had to stay at the hospital until his 24 hour blood work could be done so Henry, Bellie, and I spent the rest of the day together. They had lunch, naps, supper and got ready for bed. They occupied themselves with puzzles and books and waited for the rest of the family to get there.
Welcome Home Quinn Carter!
We are sooooo glad you are here :0)

That is one adorable baby. He looks like such an old soul. Typical third one, don't you think!
Glad they're close enough for you to be there.
