Back to school time brought Joylynn getting her kids new shoes. They were added to the summer sandals and the old relegated for play shoes. We need a longer wall to line them all up now!

Garrett got his fist pair... they fit him very well. It's going to take some growing to catch up with that big brother.

Tippy Toe Girls

God bless the like minded friends that happened to pick up the same things for Danika's birthday. We now have 2 pairs of dress-up heels, two tutus, and various fancy headbands. Plenty to keep two little girls busy for hours!

Big Sis

Danika is relishing her role as big sister. I have to be careful to keep track of her when she's around. She is a little too confident in her skills as a little mommy.

First Day ~ First Grade

Wyatt's first day of first grade and he got to eat in the cafeteria for the first time. There are a lot of firsts when you go from half day Kindergarten to first grade. Next year he'll be an old pro.

I was able to go to breakfast with him yesterday and have breakfast with him today. Tomorrow I'll just swing by, drop him off and wave. It's tough to let these guys be independent but so fun to watch them achieve it!

Books, books and more books! Everyone was thrilled though the photos caught Danika starting to blink and Garrett would show more excitement if he weren't so tired. :)
