Home again, home again, jiggety jig...

Back in Portland
We spent the rest of the July 5th holiday with our "little family". We had supper out on the porch and then went to the mall for ice cream and a stop at one of our favorite stores. I should take them down to Powell's one of these days..

Beautiful Bouquet at Bible Study
As I was bringing a glass back to the kitchen after Bible Study I saw this bouquet on the table. I LOVE hydrangeas! They have so many colors and varieties, but all are beautiful.

Garrett brought his family for a visit
Joylynn stopped by after an appointment on Tuesday. We got to spend a little time with the baby. He is still such a little guy (7lbs 8 oz) but his jaundice is clearing up. Wyatt is usually not far away from him and is there in a flash if Garrett needs anything. Such a sweet big brother.

CAR WASH
With temps in the mid 90s today it was a nice day to play with water outside.

Courtney made up the excuse of washing the van but it was pretty much a reason to get wet.

Charlie stayed remarkably dry. He wouldn't have if Courtney had her way but she was being super nice and only misting herself.
It's supposed to be 100 degrees tomorrow. Why oh why do we not have an air-conditioner?
This too shall pass. Cool weather is a mere 3 months away!
