Birthday Breakfast
In keeping with tradition... Har and I took the birthday kid out to eat. It is normally just whoever is having a birthday and us but this week we had a little stow away with us.
Garrett brought his own breakfast and was a perfect gentlebaby.
Cam's breakfast was a beautiful thing! Just out of the shot to the left is a second biscuit. He is a growing boy but even he couldn't finish it.
Mini hike up to the bridge
Cam had never gone up to the bridge so he and Har hiked up there while I waited back with Garrett to take their picture.
Just below the railing where we were standing was a meadow with beautiful yellow flowers and ferns!
A visit from the Godfather
Tom and Kim Z are Cam's godparents. I'm glad they were able to come over for dessert and presents to celebrate with us. Tom met Garrett for the first time and their grand-daughter Bella wanted to "pat him".
None of our kids are super cake fans. Pie was requested and Cam chose the re-lighting candles to trick the little kids. They re-lit many many times!
Presents
Cam's wish list was super short and wasn't something that could be gotten right now. So with some deal making with his dad he will be getting his CPU upgrade but in the mean time.... he got some cool new clothes, several books, a gift card, $$ and a cell phone! Our little boy is growing up!Hayden and Har checking out and comparing the new phone.
