A couple of our cats

We've got three cats at this time. They really don't do anything worthy of cute cat videos. At least nothing that I ever see. Chloe is technically Courtney's but Rylan has taken over the responsibility of her care. He buys her special soft food because she's old and missing some teeth. He gets her veterinary care when necessary and has turned her into a more social cat than she was before. She's even sweet when the grandkids want to pat her. Anabelle likes all of the kitties but the two upstairs cats don't really appreciate little kids. They sure like the biggest kids though. Peanut Butter, the cat in the other two pictures has been on a diet. Her sister, Ninja, is fed up on a shelf because that food was safe from Peanut who was too heavy to jump up there. Not anymore…she's really slimmed down and as you can see spends time up on the dresser in the bathroom.
 Wish you were here

February is heart health month but also the month to celebrate love.
I would love to take a few moments in these short winter days to have a visit over coffee or tea with each of my friends, near and far. Perhaps a Skype coffee time! Sorry you'll have to provide your own goodies ;)
"Half price Hilman" strikes again. I refurbished my candle arrangement from Christmas into a fresh floral arrangement to brighten my days.
Pictures like these from Alyssa of her kids reading before bed and the last rays of the day shining on her lovely face just MAKE MY HEART SING!
Thank you Lyssa for keeping us in the loop with your little family. We love them and you!
Happy Valentine's Day!
Har and I took a detour to Dollar Tree to pick up some Valentine's card for the grand-kiddos.
Now it's up to me to get them in the mail!

Hope this blog post finds you all cozy and feeling the LOVE :0)
