Congratulations Nate and Michelle Hilman

I love September weddings!
It was a glorious day for a wedding. September is one of the nicest months of the year here in the Pacific Northwest. I would have loved to have one of our girls have a September wedding.
Nate and Michelle you picked a wonderful day to get married!
Butterflies were definitely the theme of the wedding which was a simple and a very relaxed affair. Michelle was radiant in her gorgeous gown. Nate looked like a pretty happy man in his suit and tie.
Theirs is quite the love story!
Howard took the "be there with bells on" literally. He brought a strap of bells with him. It made it sound like Christmas.

"Sisters" and nieces
Nate's mom, Judy, his sister Kaari with her little Annika and Har's sisters Anita and Naomi.
So good to see all of them!
We were "official" guests!
We were instructed to place our name cards at a table and then to feel free to visit with the other guests prior to the ceremony. Very nice.
More butterflies.

Making it official
The new Mrs Hilman stood by waiting her turn to sign the marriage license.
Nate putting his "John Hancock" on the document.

Gorgeous Cake!
The cake was so pretty. I love square cakes anyway but the colorful butterflies were so pretty. The crystal double heart topper was beautiful as well.

Thank you Nate and Michelle for inviting us to be a part of your special day!
God bless your life together.
