Another big day for Danika

Line leader
We got to school early enough for Danika to be at the head of the line for her class. As the children arrive the teachers walk down the line and shake hands with all of the students and parents and wish them a good morning. Then it's time for morning announcements and heading in to the building.
Danika got to hold the door for her classmates.
School day starts with reading

I was able to go into the classroom to spend a few minutes. I was there for attendance, stowing backpacks and lunch boxes and quiet reading. Danika's table had books about seasons and weather.
I left as they were heading to morning message time.
Pre-dental check-up play time
She fit right in with the surfing picture in the bathroom with her halter top, capris and flip-flops.  She then played in the waiting room with some cool dolls. They have all sorts of colorful clothes and accessories including a bunk bed. I hope they don't have bad dreams about sharks!

As ready as she'll ever be
Danika always picks the pink chair. There is a yellow one and a blue one also, along with space for a future purple one.  Back in the operatory they have a room with Duck colors (a green chair) and Beaver colors (an orange chair).  It's a pretty cool dentist's office.
Lots of friends cheering her on
I've posted pictures of this great pediatric dental office before but I was able to get a couple of pictures of some of the collectables while Danika was getting her teeth cleaned. There are too many things to notice them all on one visit. I wonder what will be new next March when she goes back.

 Great patient

The staff there is so up-beat and encouraging. Danika did great!
& Great check-up
No cavities and doesn't have to go in for another six months!
In costume to put on a play
 What a poser!
The end of a very good day.
