Happy 30th Birthday, Joylynn

"...Good Times Come-on!"
Knowing that we were going to be getting together with Joylynn for her birthday, I snapped this picture of Garrett with a wooden birthday thing-a-ma-jig at JoAnn's fabrics this morning.
Party on the porch after school

Joylynn got to meet Wyatt's teacher and pick up the kids from school today. It made her so proud to hear his teacher say, "I love your son! He is so fun to have in class." Oh, that is what a momma wants to hear! We hauled all of the birthday presents to the porch and had Joylynn start opening them.
Garrett only wanted to have the cake served.

Courtney had to work but the rest of the gang was there to help celebrate. I didn't get a picture of Rylan but he was there too.
Do you wonder where Danika gets it from?
Somebody was a tad surprised with her presents.
Such a "sweet" moment with Genevieve. That tres leche cake from Fred Meyer was amazing!
Yum Cake!

Cake and milk is a real treat as an after school snack.
Birthday dinner

We went to pick up Jess and take him out to dinner with Joylynn.  He opened at work this morning so he was off early enough for us to have an  early supper and for Har and I to get back into town at a decent time.

We stopped in at their place and Gunny met me at the door.  What a sweet kitty! He's a major purr factory.

Red Robin.... YUMM

Jess was posing for a new picture for our goofy son-in-law photo gallery. It just might end up there.
They seated us near the door that went out onto the patio.  I wish they'd have been serving outside.
It is the nicest patio eating area I've ever seen.
 Pretty Linnie and flowers

She smiled though the Happy Birthday song and presentation of a sundae which she and Jess shared.
Har and Jess wanted to be somewhere else during that time but they put up with the unwanted attention  being drawn to our table on Joylynn's behalf.

Proud Dad with the Birthday girl
We are so proud of this gal. She's gone through so much in the past few years but those trials and tribulations are causing her to be refined and she's coming out of it shining.
Love you Linnie!
Hope you had a Happy Birthday!!!
