May Day!
It's beginning to look a lot like Mother's Day at Freddies these days. We were treated to a very colorful and abundant display of orchids today. If I knew how to grow orchids, I just might be tempted to get one or two.
A true "may day" call
On Sunday, I got a call from Joylynn saying that Wyatt had popped off one of his stainless steel crowns. He got to go in to see our pediatric dentist in the Hollywood district.
It's so different to take a boy into this office. He didn't play with the dolls or the kitchen. Instead he checked out the dinosaurs and settled in to build stuff.
It became a full blown check up
Wyatt was able to be x-rayed and got introduced to the prize drawers.
This is the first time we've had a kid in the yellow chair. Danika always picks the pink one and Genevieve chose the blue one. Wyatt looked pretty comfortable sitting there next to Incisor Jones.
He had his teeth cleaned, polished and got a fluoride treatment.
He was fascinated by all of the fun memoribilia through out the place. He was impressed to see his name written on the chalk board on his way to see Dr Sheena. He got more prizes and the promise of even more when he comes back. Yup. He needs a few more visits to this amazing dental office.
